  We just got back from a day of skiing. MAN was the snow good. We did some great wide open blues, then a few runs of bumps (ouch go the knees). Last run of the day we went all the way to the edge of the ski area and found a normally great run that had not been groomed in probably a week. POWDER!!!!!!! and some bumps.  We skiied down that, literally panting at the effort it took. Periodically we'd stop an marvel that we hadn't fallen considering it was the end of the day and the powder was so deep. It was amazing. Now it's 7pm and I'm in bed with a glass of wine, and heat on my old knees. Totally worth it. Here's a photo from Beau's phone. Cheers!
